Birds of the Mount Lofty Ranges Memory Card Game

I've been working on a memory card game, and it's finally real. Twenty beautiful birds of the Mount Lofty Ranges, each one hand-painted in watercolour by local Adelaide Hills artist Rebecca Prince.

Superb Fairy Wrens. Scarlet Robins. Sacred Kingfishers. Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoos. The Tawny Frogmouth pretending to be bark. And the Mount Lofty Ranges Southern Emu-wren, critically endangered with fewer than 200 left.

A classic memory matching game. Simple, familiar, made for the kitchen table. Each card is printed on thick, quality card stock and features the bird's name, habitat, diet, and conservation status. So as you play, you're learning which ones are thriving and which ones need our help. These are built to last, and beautiful enough to keep.

The team at ReBird the Ranges, an alliance of over 20 organisations working together to restore native vegetation and bring declining bird populations back, had their ecologist review every card for accuracy. A portion of each sale goes towards supporting their work.

The ones you hear in the morning. The ones darting between the gums. And the ones we hope to hear again one day.
